How do you get a hold of someone here on the phone?

I call the Garden Grove, CA location multiple times in a day and rarely get an answer. This is terrible customer service. I have called the Covina, CA location and they always answer but can't always answer my specific questions.

mostly some of them are busy with other if you can't give them a call back again

They are a very busy location. Its very hard to get ahold of them on the phone. But keep trying. They will pick up eventually! Try right when they open though. Thats when they are least busy
