Is parking free for handicapped? I know it is in the street at meters just not sure about the parking lot here. UPDATE...I just found this in their website.... Vehicle operators with a disability are not exempt from the payment of fees for parking.

Early bird 🐦 gets a good parking spot. Yes, they have handicapped parking. You have to get up pretty early in morning.
