unless you made a deal when you purchased the bike, you are stuck with it,it's yours.
I hope for your sake it is. But they cannot sell that bike is brand-new anymore. So unfortunately will probably have to buy it back as used unfortunately I asked me the bike will probably be bought back at a 30% loss to you. Next time don't buy a brand new bike get last year's model for 40% cheaper from Craigslist. Then spend $500 having a mechanic go through it for you and fix any problems. However I don't work there and I have no idea what their policies are. The best thing to do is a drive down there and go talk to the sales manager and see what they could do. Good luck my friend
