There are spaces for wheel shares
In the stadium theater that I was just in last Wednesday night, none of the seats were recliners. I don't know about their other theaters, as to whether they have been renovated to recliners, or not, since Regal bought the Arclight there. You'd have to ask them. But, my suspicion would be that they have not.
