I'm not the owner of the place. I can tell you it's fresh fish not frozen and by far the best fish and chips I've ever had. I'm part of a Meetup motorcycle group called shut up n ride and we go to places like this to eat that are nice motorcycle ride
Hello Tony, I am sorry to hear you are disappointed, and you felt your question wasn't being answered satisfactorily. This fish in our Cioppino changes, as it made with the fish we have fresh that day : it can be Ahi, Seabass, Halibut, Yellowtail… it’s not always the same. Also usually included is wild caught Salmon and this comes fresh frozen. I do hope you give our Cioppino a try at some point. All the best, Andria
I'm the poster of the thread question...VERY disappointed that the eatery owners have not responded. BTW- "fish and chips" is no where near comparison to the Chiopino dish. Miles away in fact. but 'thanks' for playing along...This non-answer here reflects my recent visit to this eatery and they're non-hospitable treatment of me. I've been by the place TWICE now (in person) to learn about chiopino with disappointing success. One time during the weekend, the waiting line of customers was out the door and I waited in line to ask about their chiopino featured on their menu for about $20. The counter order taker was sadly rude. I left and thought to come back during a weekday. I came back (no line) I noticed the patio seating was 'closed'. I again tried to talk to the counter order employee about their 'table seating' and move on to my chiopino' question. This time AGAIN the order taker was unhelpful and sadly rude. I give up on this place....
