Upon opening an account is the extra space employee supposed to give any paperwork besides the brochure and receipt? Also do you have other paperwork at all?

Usually when you sign any documents you are given a copy of those documents. The reason this is done is to protect both parties. We know that when we have paperwork in most circumstances we just want to get this process overwith so we sign without reading anything. It is the responsibility of person giving you the document to sign to make sure it is read and understood before you sign the document and give you a copy for your records. If it's not done this way then they are hiding something from you and from experience the Stanton Extra Space Storage doesn't do this is so the can make up reasons to get rid of unwanted customers.

When I opened my acct I don't remember recieving any paperwork other than a reciept. There is no other paperwork though. I do know that after the first 6 months and every 6 minths after, they raise the rent on your unit. Also, they have a new facility on western between Lampson and Chapman and they are a bit cheaper. I pay less for a bigger unit here than at the one on dale.
