There could be a number of reasons why they have chosen to close at 12 instead of staying 24 hour... Most likely it's to save the company money with budget cuts and cost for insurance.
To many homeless staying in parking lot shoplifting employee safety
Not enough volume of customers. Wasn't cost effective. Shoplifting.
Not enough business in this area at that time.
