Our Yelp waitlist app is restricted to 6 or less and within 10 miles. For a party of 15 Mon-Thursday, we can make arrangements if you call the restaurant. There is no call in reservations for a large party Fri-Sunday.

I don't think you can make reservations on Yelp, you can join the wait list there. My answer would be no you can't make reservations for 15.
