I didn’t want to be a person to put another person down but I think moms need to know what I went through. Do to religious background I chose to not have a blood transfusion even if it was a state of emergency. I made this clear throughout my pregnancy checkups. On the night my water broke naturally it was days before my scheduled c section and she the Dr. came in upset and with no exaggeration she yelled in my face that I didn’t make it clear I wanted no blood transfusions. It was January and there was a horrible storm outside I was already scared and crying from anxiety of having my first baby. Her actions made it a horrible experience when it should of been happy. The nurse inside the room at the time named brandy actually asked the Dr. to calm down. And leave the room. I sobbed on the hospital bed and my mom who was with me in the room was livid! She calmly told the dr that i was very clear about that decision and that it was rude to YELL at me when I’m already in distress. With that happening the power went out in the hospital so it was a black out for about 10 seconds until the backup generator kicked in. I used to think that she was a good doctor up until that night. With all my appointments though they always ran late. I would have one appointment for 2:00 pm and wouldn’t be seen for hours! She is a good doctor but that was so unprofessional and it’s not a horrible memory of my daughters birth story. So here’s my review and I will not come back to her again.

They don't respect appointment times and the patients precious time. The doctor left even though she had patients still waiting for her in the waiting room. They asked us to come back 2 hours later so we could be seen by the doctor. The doctor was not even back by the time they told us to come back. It would be nice to give patients a heads up that the doctor could leave any minute to deliver babies. It was a complete waste of time and the front desk staff was very unapologetic about it. They also stacked the morning patients that they didn't see because the doctor left with their afternoon appointments. No one got service because they doctor wasn't here. It was very unprofessional and rude to all the patients they made wait. Please do not come here. They will waste your time. Avoid at all!
