This West Tusc and Dueber location was originally built as the Avalon Drive in Diner In the early 50's. The property was acquired and a new restaurant named the Kozy Kitchen began operation in the late 50's. It continued until 1985 , when it was aquired by Iris Tinlin. The new restaurant named Lindsey's continues 32 years to this day. A partner named Ernie Adams aquired the business and personally operated it for over 25 years. He recently leased the business operations to two long term Lindsey's employees while maintaining ownership. This historic business will likely remain a Canton restaurant staple for another 50 years or more.
