Are there ushers who check tickets to the lower bowl? Was wanting to try and get some autographs but have upper bowl tickets?

Yes, even tried 'my cell fone is dead', couldn't show e-ticket. They directed me to a charger but no pass. Nice

They only checked our tickets (wrist bands)going to the floor area. This was for a concert. Otherwise, they just ask and you are on the honor system.
