I see smoking allowed on outdoor terraces. Where are they located we have floor seats. In/out priveledges?

I'll answer my own question. If you are on the floor, there is no access to the outside. You only have 1 set of stairs on each side of the stage to climb to the 2nd level. These stairs are steep!! Very hard to navigate if you're consuming alcohol. You can then access the outside areas with in / out priveledges. It's easier to buy alcohol outside. Less people.
