Is there a drop off and pick up area?

yes, there is.

I do not believe it's time they do because of the construction work but you could let them walk from across the street and just drop them off across the street from the forum and pick them up there also.

If you're inquiring about ticket pick up, then I'm sure they'll have a designated area. If you're talking about ppl (i.e friends/fam) drop off/pick up, you need to ask the parking lot tenant once entered. I have seen ppl being dropped off by ubers/lyfts cars.

Dnt know they are under construction at this time
