Depends on the event. Night concerts are a little less tailgate friendly, but for example, I went to a FISH concert there and the parking lot was complete with a huge market, booze and food (and a fair amount of weed dealers milling about) and it was all in a dedicated section. Security seems pretty chill at any event I've been to.
Tailgate, yes, security might not allow benches, chairs or barbeques. Not much room in the isles. We were drinking and eating sandwiches last weekend and cops on segways drove by without a problem.
I am not sure. I kinda doubt it as there is a lot of security patrolling around!
