Yes when I was there that's what they told me to however I had an appointment that I had just gotten a few days earlier but it's a madhouse if you don't have to go I would wait for a few days and make sure you're there half an hour before they open

You have to stand in line if you want an appointment like I had to and I got a same day appointment just had to wait until your appointment time
