Yes they do. Just remember to BRING ALL IDENTIFYING DOCUMENTS as they will require all of them before issuing your Real ID. Birth Certificate, Marriage License (IF MARRIED FEMALE), your old ID Card, Socual Security Card, and 2 utility Bill's in your name at your current address.
