Let's just say it's recommended: 1. You'll be in Imperial Valley Sheriff territory. (You'll more than likely won't want to get caught with your pants down due to the fact of their records show multiple law suits.) 2. Mosquitoes in Imperial Valley, as well as the rest of the pests on this planet, are quite numerous. They appear to be more resilient, as well. 3. These insects have not and do not care what time of year it maybe. They don't care to even own a watch for the time, meaning; they are outside all year round. And you not leaving without their souvenirs they give most that visit. 4. I'd rather face off with a Red Belly Pirrahna than those Mosquitoes. Now that recommendation is no longer recommended, it appears to me to be ABSOLUTELY essential...
