They used too but not anymore. We no longer go there since their service and quality have dropped! Prolly why they are not very busy anymore.

No sure but we just walked in on a Sunday afternoon and the wait time was about 10 min for 4
I have never seen the restaurant overly crowded. They would gladly take your phone call to save a seat. The size of your party might influence reservation rules.
