I attended a large gathering at this restaurant this afternoon. The previous location was short staffed and lacked AC. They were able to accommodate us a total of about 18 persons. all appetizers were tried and were delicious. Presentation was good. we had a very good waiter that handled the pressure of a large group rather well. Romeo I believe was his name. He earned every bit of his tip. I do also appreciate the "all hands on deck" mentality when they had all of our food come out. excellent job. i was not disappointed at all and my family had a great time.

On 08/31/2022 at 6:30. Two couples came for the boneless wing special. Chicken was so hard we could not Eat.We took it home for our dog, Girlfriend had Salmon and lived it , my friends wife had chicken fingers and liked it, took 40 minutes for our meal to arrive. The customers next to us left as their food never arrived. A couple at a table across from us refused their desert as they were ready to leave when it arrived. the waiter did say it was his first day and apologized to our table for taking so long. He also apologized to the couple leaving. All Hand sanitizer stations were empty. I used the women's rest room to wash my hands. left a 20% tip as it was not the waiters fault.

This location and most locations seem to be in the twilight zone. Short staffed and slow service to the point it seemed like zombie land. Orders not taken correctly and when the order came , items were missing or incorrect. The staff seemed to ignore you, didn't smile or bring utensils or return to refresh your drinks. I understand the problem and dilemma. But their job is to provide good customer service and serve good food. Well today this is lacking. I hope things turn around soon. The food lacked also.

Had a wonderful dinner at the Rancho Cucamonga Applebees last night! After the oscars night, The server, was awesome, friendly and attentive. I ordered a pasta tagliatelle, and it was so so so so delicious! Cooked perfectly, fresh chicken & great white sauce, and in addition i tried the soup 🍜....my friend ordered also another soup and pasta and delicious as well. Thanks to the kitchen staff for our great dinner! We Will definitely be back 😊
