I wouldn't bother with a bike, especially with a preschooler. It has hiking trails, not made for bikes.
In a very limited way. The first section before the pretty loop, by the parking lot is ok.
It is a hard trail for a child to bike ride
Yes except for speeders going too fast through the trails. Maybe too dangerous for a little guy or girl but many places to try it out safely in the area off main road.
