Nice view but pretty hot. 32oz water is required for one person to start the trail. The waterfall is small but it is amazing in a certain desert.

This place is Awesome! Even in 90 degree plus weather, the cold water from the river and shade from palm trees made it very refreshing. If you want shade, a great place to take pictures, and an easy hike, that's not too long, this is it!

I love, love, love this trail. Every time I come I am transported to a different world. The full loop takes about 40 minutes, but you could spend so much more time here. Great for kids! Lots to see and explore. The afternoon tends to get busy, so an early visit or late afternoon is best.

Really fun trail with diverse views for beginners with only 1 mile, especially easy for kids. There are two parking lots, and the mobile toilet is nearby. You can access to the trail loop from any entrance. The stream is along with half way of the loop with the shades. It feels like the oasis in the desert. Currently you will be charged with $12 for an adult, and $6 for a kid over 6 years old. The staff at the entrance is very nice and will offer you a map. But there is no signal or weak signal inside of the park. But it’s easy to find out the way if you keep staying in the trail. Strongly recommended here!

You might be able to on some parts of it but overall I wouldn't recommend it. I'm not sure if there is a rule against it either.

I wouldn't bother with a bike, especially with a preschooler. It has hiking trails, not made for bikes.
