How do you get ahold of management, not the idiots at the counter?

They counter help does give wrong info. They say you dont have to transfer but after 10 visits with out Planet fitness will charge $5 per visit. 1 day I was there and the usual 3 to 5 people were standing behind the counter. The bottle of spray to clean the massage beds was empty. I carried it out to tell the staff. The next day it was still sitting empty and none in massage bed 7. My sister told them all 3 of the womens rooms toilet paper were empty. 2 hours later still no TP. Planet fitness may be becoming BYO. At least they are paying 5 people plus per shift too not care.

The counter people are pretty lazy at both locations. I ve seen as many as 5 people behind the counter talking doing nothing. Wish I had a job like this. Spend time on the phone.
