Just left restaurant charged me $27 for a veggie plate and a jerk chicken. Plate is missing planten and bread received less food, rice scorched. I’ve been a faithful customer for years so sad they make it hard to support neighborhood business

I eat here regularly, I get the oxtails and jerk chicken. Have NEVER been disappointed, even if I use post mates to get it. Plenty of food. Large oxtail plate feeds 2 for us. The combo plate is stuffed as well. I can't complain about the price because of what I'm getting

I had a problem like that before.so what I did just took my plate back and they prepared me a whole new plate

Refund your money or prepare you a fresh plate. If thats a problem post that bad meal on instagram & facebook and let people know. Thats unacceptable service.
