why don't they answer the phones

I would highly recommend to travel to San Bernardino or Montclair location. Customer service at the Ontario location is extremely poor.

I had a good experience with the customer service. However, I have only been to that location once. I do agree the San Bernardino one is always nice. I don't know why they don't answer their phones these days; the 1 time I called I spoke with a woman who was polite and didn't act rushed.
