We had to wait weeks to meet with someone and at that via phone call because when I was staying a block away from the mortuary for more than a week at the time of my loved one’s death, they could not accommodate an in-person meeting. It was a full eight weeks before the funeral. Staff was kind but the process is seriously flawed. Draper is part of a corporate conglomerate that has clearly lost touch with the kind of nuanced responsiveness grieving families deserve.

My Husband passed away July 1st. I called to Draper's and everything was smooth after that. They came to pick him up and let us take as long as we wanted saying goodbye. WE were very pleased will the help and accommodations provided by Draper. We were new to the area and everything was explained with no pressure to accept anything we did not want. I would definitely recommend Draper Mortuary.

Their livestream is hampered by the building and their connection. The audio cut out constantly, and the resolution was so terrible it was a blurred out mess. I implore you, record the service yourself as well. Because when you see what that livestream looks like you will thank yourself you have a recording of the service that is watchable to be shared with your family
Rosemary, it is you choice where to send the flowers. However, if you send them to the funeral home we will ensure they are set up for the service and that they find their way home with the family.
