No you don't! If its a large party I would certainly call well in advance. As a "regular" one gets to know the best time to arrive unannounced! Always check Richmond and VCU game schedules!
No reservations aren't needed, but depending on when you go you may have to wait a bit
It's busy but we have never had to wait long and it's worth it.
