Why don't either of the Palmdale Walmarts EVER answer their phones. Really lame. And it's not covid--it's always been that way. Might as well just disconnect your phones. They're useless for customer support. Where's management?????????????????

Many parts of the country really seem to be "going south"... customer service is not what it used to be in the USA. Perhaps it's time for new brands to take over now that the giant corporations are to large to provide proper customer service.

Walmart give a s*** about answering the phone because they were afraid of angry customers. They're saying they are short on staff which is BS
