No, you to Left side entrance to sign in and they text you, under five minutes. And you go to main entrance and they take you in and your done very quickly. I had my check already made out for amount and payable to the DMV
Not necessary if it's something simple,l went there to change name of ownership for my vehicle,stood in line a couple of minutes,they took my phone number,waited in my car about 10-15 minutes then they send me a text when they were ready to assist me. Much better experience than the DMV.
