We have 5 feral kittens that hang out around our home, they aren't tame, but will certainly within 6 feet of us. If we trapped them, what would it cost to nuter them?

At the Brea Veterinary Hospital, it costs $153.75 per neuter (price includes the pre-anesthetic blood work), and $273.50 per spay. If you want to, you may have a microchip ID implanted during this procedure (this is usu. the best time to implant one as they are already anesthetized). Adding a microchip will cost an additional $64.75 per chip. However, Brea Vet. is interested in the welfare of their patients (like any respectable veterinary hospital would be). As such, you will need to bring them in for an initial visit, which costs $59 per kitty being examined if they are brought in separately. However, if you bring them all in for their initial exams at the same time, you will only pay $29 for the first kitty and $45 for each additional kitty. Also, their doctors strongly recommend the animals receive their vaccinations, as well as have their viral and fecal testing completed prior to having them spayed or neutered. The process will require 3 additional visits and cost $204 per kitty.
