Uniforms Warehouse and Galls both have "kits" that sell complete duty belts... I'm sure that LAPG has something similar, but I doubt they carry it in store - everything is sold separately. If you need it by Saturday your choices are limited due to time - call around and remember that there is also Pristine Uniforms in Rancho Cucamonga as an option.
No uniform shop has a duty belt put together, you have to go in and put one together yourself. Best thing is to go in and figure out what type of belt you need or want ( Sam brown, bianchi, etc. Leather or nylon).
