I didn't get the chance to try reserving a spot online. However, trying to get a hold of someone over the phone wasn't easy either so maybe trying to request online might be better? I called several times and in the 2 occasions somebody picked up, the 1st time it was afternoon, 2nd time it was the morning.
They did finally put in a place where you can request a reservation but I think they're still touch and go about answering it. You can call their number and someone will answer, if they're in the office. We've tried going down in person to the office when no one would answer the phone, but that's only helpful if someone is actually present in the office. Later on in the evenings seem to be the best time to reach someone so far.
