Placed an order today they were very busy but James took the time to make sure I got what I wanted even though the phones were ringing off the hook he was very understaffed because people don’t want to work yet I didn’t affect his mood or the way he treated me. I went in and there were only 2 people trying to take care of everything as soon as I walked in Richard stopped what he was doing to bring me my order. Hats off to them for doing their best we need more people like this in that store. Their attitudes under the circumstances was awesome. Thanks again guys.

I spoke with an assistant manager who tried to correct an order but struggled on an efficient remedy. Once I spoke with a general manager who wanted nothing to do with any sort of remedy so I asked for his supervisor or a number to corporate, he told me they were franchised and the franchisee does not want to be bothered with any issues concerning the restaurant. And then told me he was cancelling my order and hung up on me. They have a monopoly on delivery in Windsor, VA because no one else offers delivery.

We ordered two pizzas, a large and a medium. After 4 bad experiences with toppings done incorrectly, I always check our pizzas now when we carryout. This time I show up and my medium pizza (1/2) had one half with bacon and black olives and one half with double pineapple - obviously a pretty easy order. Well I check it and one half has the bacon and black olives and one had pepperoni. So I told her I'd like them to correct the toppings and not make another pizza. Well after waiting for 10 mins with a pizza getting cold, I called from the parking lot to ask what's going on. That task should have taken 2 minutes. She said the pizza is done and she'll bring it out. Well she brought the pizza, I said thank you and then checked it as she was walking off and see that instead of double pineapples, there is pepperoni and a few pineapples sloppily thrown on, not even reading half the slices. I told her it was yet again wrong but didn't have time to deal with it (my husband had a video mtg from home in 20 mins and I wanted him to be able to eat with us). At home I find out that the other pizza had 2 pieces of one half of toppings also done wrong. How difficult is it to look at a screen and correctly put on 3 toppings?!?! I seriously believe that my cousin who has DS could have done our order correctly. Dave was the topping guy and probably shouldn't hold that position anymore since he could not get it right TWICE! We're done patromixing this establishment. It's not worth it.

Placed order at 6:27 pm. Delivery was 53-63 minutes out. No problem. Driver left store at 7:37 pm. Arrived 8:00 pm (and I live 3 minutes away). Pizzas COLD and DRY. Wings undercooked. Called to ask why so long for delivery and was told too many orders and no staff. Definitely will not order from here again. Complaints made to corporate.
