No it is a pretty casual church! A wide range of dress will fit right in. A lot of men wear jeans a collared shirt...some men wear business casual, some come in shorts and flip flops. A lot of women wear something like jeans and a nice shirt, or a casual dress, or something of the like.
Nope. Causal is fine. Some do, but you don't have to.
