had my massage with Shan last night for over an hour. I had my first visit with hero abut 2 weeks ago. her skills are no doubt a 10+. I will never go anywhere else. I will never use any other therapist unless I am away, moved away, or she is just no available. she knows the human body like a scientist. She is definitely operating within her God given gift. the pulling, stretching, attention to details, putting everything back where they belong makes a person feels like they can walk the runway after she finishes with you. Shan, please dont leave this place. God bless you

So good. I had an hour massage here and it was so relaxing and lots of work went into my knotted up back muscles.

I've really enjoyed my membership. Took a few tries to find the right therapist for me but once I did I was hooked. The spa music can be a bit distracting as it doesn't transition smoothly but I wonder if it's for timing since I've noticed this at other locations. Also wish some of the rooms were a little bigger. I feel bad for my therapist having to squeeze between the table and the wall at times.

Finally found a time to go back and use up some hours my son's account had accumulated (that had been paid for)... scheduled 1.5 hours for him and 1.5 for myself only to find as we get there his therapist had a family emergency. I understand family emergencies and all, but there should be something in place for just this reason...have a back up therapist on site to cover appointments people show for. Why not have someone on the reception desk be a certified therapist that can be pulled from the desk when there's an emergency and someone has to leave. Not the first disappointment from this place...but sadly your locked in...I'd like to give 0 🌟
