If Hwy 101 is still closed & we are coming from Camarillo and can't get to the show on Friday, Jan. 19th due to that, will my money be refunded?

To my knowledge Hey 101 is closed between Ventura and Santa Barbara until next week, or longer.you may have to take the long route up the Int estate 5 to Hwy141/146 then west to Paso Robles and head South on Hwy 101
