If you didn't receive a packing slip with your tracking # and additional information then I would call their customer service # or their order line
On your receipt is a tracking #.
They were supposed to give you a receipt...with the series of numbers that you have you go online..depending on where you shipped it from... You can search UPS tracking, USPS tracking, fed ex tracking, or etc.. and then just enter the numbers in the box and it should say "track package" and there's your tracking info!
