Stanley, we have been in the process of rolling out charging sales tax for states that require it since the Supreme Court made its ruling that the States could force retailers to charge out of state sales tax online. (Also to clarify, we are not charging our tax rate for out of state orders, but the rate for your state, if your state requires us to charge sales tax.)
