There so many people asking if its dog friendly and there is mixed answers yes or no and if so what day and time?

If not rabies? Of Course

Not a single park in Boca allows dogs, except Mizner Bark dog park (725 Banyan trail), and the dog beach on weekends. U need a permit for that

I was there last Sunday with my little Chihuahua at 11am and they told me dogs were not allowed there. So we had to leave.
