Dogs aren't allowed in the guarded beach area. I've seen people with their dogs on the areas out of the park limits. Maybe one day (when we have a state government that really works) we can finally habe them pass a law that allows all dogs to go to the beach. There's no point whatsoever in not letting them on the beach.
