I love Saks, my husband is the Manager at a prestigious private Jewelry store, located directly on Palm Beach's Worth Ave; for more than 15 years! Which is located one block West of Saks on the same side of the street as Saks. Upon entry, NOT ONE ASSOCIATE greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. My opinion is that I think I was ignored because I was wearing workout clothes and I did not have enough plastic surgery and I had no hand bad with me. I only had my American express, driver's license and key fab in my pocket. However, in fact I did need assistance; I wanted to buy the new D&G dress that recently came out in their Spring collection. After locating the dress, I opted to purchase it online, from inside the store instead of allowing anyone credit for NOT ASSISTING ME. I mean seriously, if no one wanted to assist me in person, I might as well go online, right? Now I hope it's too large, so I can go in person to return the dress. To just turn around and buy the right size online again. 😆 Update* unfortunately and fortunately the dress fit perfectly! I love the quality. ***Saks on the Island needs to do better***
