Are there any areas my son wouldn't be able to navigate his mobility scooter,like steps etc ?

Everything is wheelchair accessible here. There may be some uneven spots on the boardwalk, but it is for the most part, maintained very well.

Green cay is accessible to wheelchairs and scooters ..

The center is accessible and one level as is the board walk.

There are no steps. It is handicapped friendly, however I am not sure if certain scooters are permitted on boardwalk trail. I would call first. I do see people walking with carriages
