Per the owner, mostly every fish served here is farm raised.
I love sushi song and I'm a restaurant manager for a full service concept and 95 percent of all fish is farm raised.....if you see market price instead of an actual price your probably getting wild fish. Most consumers don't realize the only way to set a price on any seafood is to get farm raised product...Don't be alarmed you've been consuming farm raised product for longer then you think...
May be both. It depends on what type of fish. I would recommend you to call them.
