Two young Asian guys moved in across the hall from me. They smoke pot every morning and after work. The smell flows into the hallway and into my apartment. How can I get it stopped?

How giving their ethnicity is relevant ? What is your point specifying they are Asian??

I suggest to call Police when you meet them

The only person who could do anything about it is the landlord....dont waste taxt payers money..

Tell your property manager to address them. If that doesn't work, call the cops.
