Actually its County property, the only thing private is the security company they hire. As long as you're not in a restricted area that's clearly marked snap away.

One of the guards just told me that I cannot take pictures here because it is illegal because it is private property. I am a bit confused by that, I mean, we come here to consume and we would eventually take pictures with friends or of the decoration / design of the place. So I just don't get it.
