I was there in 1996 and it was the Beached Whale then.

It's changed paint colors, but it's been called The Beached Whale for as long as I've known, about 15yrs. Before that, I don't know. I was upset that it no longer has Prime Rib on the menu, but the Phili Steak sandwich is delicious.
