Hi I would love to go to this restaurant. Can anyone tell me what kind of gloves they wear?? Are they vinyl? Nitrile? Latex? It will say what kind on the glove box. I'm.allergic to latex gloves not the other two..Thank you in advance!

They use utensils to handle the bakery items not gloves.

I don't remember the waitress used gloves. And you can't see too much about the kitchen people.
