Is this place near the railroad tracks? Before my dad passed away there was a little Cuban takeout place he would pick Cuban pork black beans and rice and plantains up. I haven't been able to find the place since and didn't think to ever ask the name

Hello Trisha, this place is on the beach. There one I know is called Sergios Restaurant thats near a railroad.
