The service was not to my liking, I do not recommend it
All Pollo Tropical drive-thrus are mad slow.
The employees were fighting in the drive thru when I pulled up to the window. Then they gave me an incomplete order. Truly horrible service
Drive through service was good here. The lady was very pleasant
