Yes but it is suggested that they are accompanied by a parent, trainer or guardian. New location will be in the Greenery Mall first week of November 2019. Good things to come!
They have a bunch of classes for young kids. My 14 year old takes taekwondo there. Not sure about using the weights and equipment
