Total disappointment! After researching the possible options for gyms in South Miami, I went last Tuesday very excited and determined to sign up, but unfortunately I ran into a most UNPLEASANT individual at the Front Desk! I think his name was Pablo (Cuban) and seeing him as an older person, I thought it would be easier for me to express my doubts to him, but it was horrible! He almost didn't let me talk and in his eagerness to sell, he kept talking bad about other gyms and weight loss programs, but the most annoying thing is that he kept talking about himself and his achievements (DANGEROUS!) and when he finally let me speak, I told him to tell me specifically how much they were going to charge me month by month exactly, (since he insisted that the promotion he offered me would expire in a few hours) and he ended up admitting that they would charge me 59 Extra USD next October (which I had not mentioned before) to which I replied that I had not seen that charge on the page, but that I preferred to do my accounts again, to which VERY ANNOYING he told me that I was not going to lose anymore plus time and he turned around and left me there...TERRIBLE SELLER and let's not talk about customer service. I don't know how many clients they've lost because of you, but for now, here's one... Total disappointment!
